July 2024 - The Village's Miata MX-5 Club drove out to Duck's Dam Diner for breakfast. The service for 12 members was very good and the food was excellent! Try it, you'll like it.

The food here is fantastic. Plenty f food. The biscuits are huge. Service is excellent. The menu for breakfast is not large but has what you want. Looks like a shack but it is clean. It's a must try diner.

Stopped in for a quick bite before going to silver springs to kayak. Small little place, but the service and food was really good! We had a biscuit sandwich, biscuits are huge and fresh! Grilled chicken sandwich with bacon! Side of coleslaw best around. All was very good and fair priced.

Food cooked with love! Masterful friendly old school wait staff. Big filling lip smacking good portions. WELL WORTH what seems like a little out of the way for a Long Islander, but go. You will be very satisfied. A real gem!

Stop for breakfast before our road trip to the springs. My life partner got French, toast and eggs and I got scrambled eggs and grits. We sadly did not get the biscuit which we should've gotten because that's what they are known for! Everything was delicious, the French toast had a funny curry flavor, but was tasty. Very good and would def go back!!! Pricing was amazing!!!

The quintessential best breakfast joint. I was in town for two days recently and ate here two days. The staff is fun, attentive and friendly. Our server had a great sense of humor too. The food was all super tasty and the portions were huge. I got the Philly steak omelette one day and that was so good I got the chicken Philly omelette the next day. To keep that much meat, veg and cheese in an omelette is an art. Mad props to the cooks for their technique. I know it's no easy task. The coffee was so good. It definitely had a flavor that was rich and nostalgic, finding out it was folders and tasted so good let me know I can hopefully make a pot like that at home. Coffee goals! Still can't believe it was a simple brand that tasted like the perfect cup you crave. If I were to pick my favorite diner I've been to in Florida, this one now takes the top spot. The live oak trees that surround this building are absolutely breathtaking. Plus it's also really fun to tell your friends we're going to the Dam Diner. :D
